N,S, E,W? Set it up like a grid? I get it. There's a river.
Are we going to add the various provinces with their own rooms and buildings of significance within them? Other countries? Or will we just expect people to use TP/RP sandbox rooms.
Tp/RP sandbox rooms, is there a way to make them so that folks who go in and use them can alter the desc of the room as needed?

I can sort of answer the latter question. There is a way to alter the desc on +temprooms. If you can implement +temproom code, players can just type '+temproom <name of temproom>' and it creates a temporary room for RP that can be desc'ed as needed. However, these rooms are erased as soon as there's no one in them. If you were looking for something more permanent, you can build a hub in the OOC Nexus (or what have you) where you can have 'stages' or 'rp rooms' where folks can go in and just change a +setting attribute to what they need, and then clear it when they leave.

The hub, with the +setting attribute is preferable, imho. That way if there are folks who are making trips to places, they don't lose their desc if everyone just happens to be logged out at the same time.

I was going to propose districts as well. It's what I used on a MU* that never saw the light of day. The fewer the rooms, the more concentrated the RP.
